Highlights From a Successful Q4 Chapter Business Meeting & Installation Ceremony
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Brook Valley Country Club in Greenville, NC on December 11 for NCAI’s Q4 Chapter Business Meeting and the J. Scott Robinson Installation Ceremony. It was a wonderful way to close out 2025, celebrate the holiday season together, and reflect on another productive year for the chapter.

Members and guests enjoyed an evening of networking, dinner, and meaningful discussion as we reviewed chapter news, recognized outstanding achievement within our organization, and looked ahead to what’s in store for 2026. We were especially honored to welcome Appraisal Institute President Paula Konikoff, MAI, AI-GRS, who shared updates from the national level and led the installation of our 2026 officers.

Before moving into chapter business, attendees heard from Jon Hardister, NCAI’s lobbyist and former NC House Majority Whip, who introduced Representative Tim Reeder, NC House Deputy Majority Whip for Pitt County. Rep. Reeder provided an informative legislative update and offered valuable insight into how members can effectively engage with the North Carolina General Assembly on issues impacting our profession.

During the business meeting, the chapter recognized newly designated member David L. Ivey, MAI, AI-GRS, and honored exceptional service and leadership through the presentation of the NCAI Chapter Awards. We also officially installed the 2026 officers and introduced Greyson Morgan, MAI as the 2026 chapter president.
