The North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute would like to congratulate Nathan Pippin for recently earning the AI-RRS designation. 

Nathan Pippin is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida, with more than 20 years of experience in valuation, appraisal review, consulting, and appraisal education. He is the owner of Pippin Appraisal Company in Winston-Salem and serves as an AI PAREA Mentor, helping develop the next generation of appraisers.

Nathan currently serves as Secretary of the North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and as Vice Chair of the Appraisal Institute Education and Relief Foundation. He is also active in state and national advocacy efforts focused on advancing the appraisal profession and protecting the public trust.

Nathan often says that real estate appraisal is his profession, but advocacy and creating positive change are his passion. Through volunteer leadership, education, and policy initiatives, he is committed to strengthening the profession and supporting those who will follow it.
