Cost Approach in the Carolinas: Local Market Perspectives and Topics

This half day virtual seminar will give insight into different aspects of the Cost Approach including site development costs and sitework issues and how they vary across the state; land planning, environmental issues and costs, and timing when addressing soil suitability and mitigation; construction and upfit costs and what they include; and the lender perspective that would discuss issues related to financing and what support they look for in a Cost Approach. Instructors include: Andy Aldridge, Edifice; Adrian Marbry, Park National Bank; Christian Preziosi, Land Management Group; and David Swain, Swain & Associates. CE Credit Approval: NCAB & NCREC Approved for 4 Hours Prior registration is required by COB 10/13. Zoom details will be sent 24 hours before the seminar. Seminar instructors & NCAI staff/executive committee members will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the conference. This is a NCAB requirement and you will not receive credit if we do not have a photo to verify your identification with.
