Appraisal of Manufactured Homes Featuring Next-Generation Manufactured Homes

This 7.5-hour course, developed in collaboration with Freddie Mac, provides an in-depth look into preparing appraisals for traditional manufactured homes plus insight into CHOICEHomeSM—the new type of high-quality manufactured homes that are built to HUD code but developed with site-built features. You’ll learn how to meet the specific requirements of Freddie Mac, the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Veteran’s Administration (VA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Fannie Mae using a new, ground-breaking tool—the Manufactured Home Quality Rating Worksheet, which is consistent with the Marshall & Swift®—CoreLogic Residential Cost Handbook and the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD). Our instructor will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the class. IMPORTANT: Our instructor must be able to see/hear you and you must be able to see/hear the instructor. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructor interaction through video/audio and the chat function. The North Carolina Chapter recommends students check before registering* About the Instructor: Edward T. Molinari, SRA, AI-RRSEdward T. Molinari is a lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey and has resided with his family in Gloucester County since 1983. Since 1986 he has appraised numerous properties in the state. In 1991 he received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute which recognizes his expertise in appraising residential properties. In 2018 he received the AI-RRS designation which recognizes his expertise in reviewing residential appraisal reports. In 2004 he became certified as an Instructor for the Appraisal Institute and teaches several appraisal courses and seminars in the classroom and on-line.
