Job Title: Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
Organization: Bowery Valuation Systems
Location(s): 4801 Glenwood Avenue, Suite 200 PMB 331 Raleigh, NC 27612
Job Description: Bowery Valuation is looking for an experienced Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in North Carolina. This is a strong opportunity for an appraiser who wants to focus on high-quality valuation work, develop client relationships, and be part of a company that is actively building for the future of the industry. We complete a broad range of commercial assignments, with meaningful exposure to lender and institutional work across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and other special-purpose assets. At Bowery, we believe experienced appraisers should spend more time on analysis, judgment, and client-facing work, and less time fighting clunky systems and repetitive administrative tasks. Our platform, research support, and broader team structure are designed to help appraisers work more efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. We are looking for someone who knows how to think critically, communicate clearly, and deliver credible valuation work in a professional setting. Just as important, we want someone who is energized by growth and excited to help expand our presence in the Carolinas.
Requirements: 1. Active North Carolina Certified General appraiser license. 2. Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. 3. Demonstrated experience with commercial property types such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. 4. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. 5. Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines. 6. Experience with lender-oriented or institutional appraisal work is strongly preferred. 7. Comfort working in a tech-forward environment and adapting to modern workflows
Salary/Benefits: Bowery offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, production capability, and overall fit.
