Job Description:

• Primary opportunity: Commercial appraisal reporting.
• Secondary opportunities: The possibility of brokering if the party has the appropriate license and experience.
• Other opportunities: This office is involved with general contracting services as well as appraising and brokerage through separate entities. Anything in excess of the primary opportunity will be measured based on the candidates experience. 

Requirements:

Have the necessary classes that have been prescribed for the primary position and be able to demonstrate that other forms of education have been achieved if you seek to become involved in other opportunities within this office.

Salary/Benefits:

Commission to start with and we will see how thing progress.
