Job Description: Growing appraisal firm seeking part-time administrative support staff. Anticipated hours are 3-4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling. The position will be in person, with future potential for remote work. No prior experience with appraisals is required. The job will entail basic property research, file creation and maintenance in various platforms, monitoring email, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and calendar maintenance to assist the appraisal staff.

Requirements: Computer skills including windows file creation and management, document generation, navigating websites, Google calendar, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Must be personable and willing to engage with clients, and the ability to problem-solve. 

Salary/Benefits: Pay will be on an hourly basis commensurate with experience and ability. As this is a part-time position, no benefits are currently offered.
