Job Description:
Review Appraiser; a position within our Appraisal team within Risk Management. Under the supervision of a more senior team member, this position is responsible for appraisal assignment engagement with third-party appraisal vendors, process management and appraisal administration, and review of appraisal reports primarily related to commercial real estate properties.

Qualifications:

Required:

• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate or related field
• 3+ Years of appraisal experience
• Certified Appraisal License, working towards an MAI designation

Preferred:

• 5+ Years of appraisal experience
• MBA or CFA
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate appraisal theory and application. -Good working knowledge of Argus software a plus
• Understanding of the requirements of the Uniform Standards of professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines requirements of FIRREA
• Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills (written and oral)
