Job Description:
Shackelford and Associates is looking to add a commercial real estate appraiser to its current staff. MAI-designated and certified appraisers are preferred but appraiser trainees with appraisal experience will also be considered.

The job provides additional flexibility with the option of working out of our Raleigh or Greenville office. Fee splits vary based on certification level and experience and are very competitive.

Requirements:
Certified appraisers are preferred but trainees with appraisal experience will also be considered. 

Salary/Benefits:
Based on fee split. Estimated at $80,000 - $150,000+.
