Job Description:
Analytical Consultants seeks a certified commercial appraiser to add to its staff. A trainee with significant commercial experience may be considered, but certification is preferred.

Analytical Consultants is a well-diversified regional commercial appraisal firm that has been in business since 1981. We have an established client base of national and local banks, law firms, government agencies, and investment groups. We specialize in ad valorem tax work (we are an approved provider of these services by the NC Department of Revenue), condemnation, and affordable housing in addition to our general commercial appraisal practice.

A mix of in-office and work-from-home scheduling is available.

Requirements:
Certified appraisers are preferred. However, trainees with significant commercial appraisal experience will also be considered. Applicants should have a high level of aptitude for appraising several property types and be able to handle complex assignments on a deadline. 

Salary/Benefits:
Wages are based on fee split. Fee splits depend on the level of experience and certification. The estimated salary is north of $100,000 per year for most of our appraisers. Given the current fluctuations in the appraisal market, we provide a minimum salary in the first year of $6,000 to $8,000 per month depending on qualifications. IRA contributions by the company and company contribution to a very good “legacy” health plan are additional benefits.
