Continuing Education Credit

The September 22 Residential Track is NC Appraisal Board approved for 4 Hours of CE, and the September 24 Commercial Track is pending approval by the NC Appraisal Board for 7 Hours of CE.

Registration

Registration for the 2026 Real Estate Valuation Conference (Commercial Track) is open. Registration details for the Residential Track are coming soon. To register, follow the button link below. The costs are as follows:

Residential Track
For registrations received by September 16th the cost is $75 per person (member/non-member). After 9/16 the cost increases by $20.

Commercial Track
For registrations received by September 16th the cost is $150 per person for members and $165 per person for non-members. After 9/16 the cost increases by $20.

Additional Information

Student Notice
Students seeking CE credit for this course from a state other than North Carolina are responsible for confirming with that state’s licensing board that this course will be accepted. The North Carolina Chapter recommends students check before registering

Photo ID Required
Students will need to send a photo (ex: driver license photo) to [email protected] after registering. Our instructors will be verifying photo identification of students during roll call at the beginning and throughout the class. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if we do not have a photo to verify your identification with.

Video Notice
Our instructors must be able to see/hear you and you must be able to see/hear the instructors. Video must remain on throughout the entire class. Zoom Meeting allows student/instructors interaction through video/audio and the chat function. This is a requirement, and you will not receive credit if you do not have video/audio capabilities to see/hear the instructor/allow the instructors to see/hear you.
